Description
Textile, pulp, and dyeing industries generate high-salinity, high-color wastewater. Lanran’s ED and BPED systems achieve concentration, desalination, and resource recovery, enabling near-zero liquid discharge.
Process
- Wastewater is pretreated for decolorization.
- ED concentrates salt streams.
- Concentrated brine (Na₂SO₄, NaCl) is converted via BPED into H₂SO₄/HCl and NaOH.
- Recovered acid and alkali are reused in textile processes.
