Professional Technical Support Lanran Tech has assembled a dedicated after-sales service team with extensive industry experience and specialized expertise. Our professionals are trained to diagnose and resolve issues, offering technical support for system commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. With a rapid response mechanism, we minimize downtime and ensure that customer operations remain uninterrupted. Lanran Tech’s after-sales team took immediate action: ✅ Swift Diagnosis: Within 48 hours, our technical team arrived on-site, conducted membrane stack analysis and water quality tests, and identified excess multivalent metal ions causing cation membrane damage as the root cause. ✅ Efficient Repair: We urgently deployed new membrane stacks, optimized the ion exchange regeneration process (switching to hydrochloric acid regeneration), and implemented a hardness monitoring system, ensuring inlet water hardness remained ≤0.5 mg/L. ✅ System Optimization: By adjusting operational parameters, controlling lithium concentration, and regulating alkali replenishment, sulfate levels were successfully reduced to ≤0.4 g/L. The system’s output was restored to 3.5 m³/h (design capacity), ensuring compliance with product quality standards.
