Reflecting on 2025 & Charging Ahead into the New Year

Last week, the Jiangshan Lanran team gathered in Wuyi for our annual year-end meeting—a time to reflect, realign, and recharge.

Throughout the afternoon, our R&D, facility construction, production, sales, and HR teams shared key achievements, lessons learned, and goals for the year ahead. It was inspiring to hear from our colleagues and see how each department’s efforts contributed to our growth.

A special thanks to our Chief Scientist, Dr. Yinlin Lei, for his insightful feedback, and to Chairman Yongtong Lou for his encouraging words and clear vision. He highlighted both our progress and the challenges ahead, setting a “steady progress, quality improvement, and innovative breakthrough” tone for 2026.
