Lanran Tech Supports Large-Scale Lithium Extraction Project in Qinghai with Advanced Electrodialysis Technology
In September, a major 40,000-ton-per-year lithium salt project in Golmud, Qinghai Province, was successfully commissioned. As a core technology provider, Lanran Team supplied the electrodialysis systems and ion exchange membrane technology to support efficient lithium concentration and purification from salt lake brine.
Through extensive engineering work and process optimization, our technical team achieved a lithium ion concentration increase from 5–7 g/L to 20–25 g/L, with a recovery rate of 99%, while efficiently removing boron impurities.
The highly integrated system design enhanced space utilization, reduced equipment footprint, and simplified piping and operation. Our on-site engineering team provided comprehensive technical support throughout installation, commissioning, and optimization, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the lithium extraction line.
Moving forward, we will continue to expand our expertise in ion exchange membrane R&D, electrodialysis system design, and resource recovery technology, delivering sustainable solutions for the new energy, chemical, and environmental industries.
