Conversion of Na₂SO₄ to H₂SO₄ and NaOH
Description
In ternary precursor production, large volumes of sodium sulfate wastewater are generated. Lanran’s BPED technology converts Na₂SO₄ into valuable NaOH and H₂SO₄, both of which are reused in the precursor synthesis process, achieving a closed-loop cycle.
Process
- Na₂SO₄ wastewater is pretreated and concentrated.
- Concentrated Na₂SO₄ solution enters BPED system.
- BPED produces NaOH and H₂SO₄.
