ASR
Sulfuric acid-resistant anion membrane
ASR is part of the HZ LANRAN® brand product series, certified by
SGS. It adopts homogeneous membrane roll-to-roll production
technology a mesh-supported structure, providing high mechanical
strength. ASR features special weakly basic exchange groups,
granting it excellent acid-blocking performance and strong H⁺ ion
rejection capability. Its ability to block H+ ions is over 80%
compared to traditional anion exchange membranes. Furthermore,
we have partially modified the membrane groups, enabling the
membrane to have extremely low resistance under acidic conditions
and significantly reducing energy consumption.
Characteristics：
- Special weakly basic exchange groups give the membrane H⁺ blocking capability, allowing it to be used under strongly acidic conditions. Low surface resistance ensures good energy performance.
- Acid-blocking ability exceeds that of conventional anion exchange membranes by more than 80%. Maintains low resistance under acidic conditions.
- This membrane is compatible with bipolar membranes and can withstand a maximum current density of 1000 A/m².
Application field：
- Suitable for concentration and removal of H₂SO₄.
- When used together with matching bipolar membranes, it enables the production of high-concentration acid solutions.
